Parking info for August 20th!
We are expecting 350 people for this event. Parking will not be available at the Embassy Suites. We made arrangements for parking at the Salvage Station. Please park at the Salvage Station and shuttles will bring you to the event
From Salvage Station to Embassy, shuttle will depart (there will be signage):
Shuttles with begin at 7:15 and be ongoing until 8:30. ARRIVE EARLY
From Embassy back to the Salvage Station, shuttle will depart (gather by the hotel doors on the Haywood St side of the lobby):
Shuttles will begin at 12:20.
Breakfast will be available from 7:30 to 8:30am
